Simple Vegan Dinner-Burger and Bean Salad
Cooking a Linda McCartney vegan burger in a burger bun takes no time at all and just two saucepans. Red peppers and tomatoes in the burger add taste. We served the burger with salad and butter beans in tomato sauce.
We added a slice of Violite Cheese (made from coconut oil) and a glass of vegan Rioja and a candle!
