Seeds Of Change Organic Spinach Trotolle Pasta with Zest Vegan Pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and vegetables. I chopped broccoli, mushrooms, red pepper and spinach I served this with vegan Linda McCartney sausages and \Violite cheese.
This dish needs just two saucepans – one for the pasta with a lid and one for the vegetables and pesto sauce. Sprinkle with fresh grounds salt and pepper.
